Hello everyone in Xanga land!  Come visit my new space on "My Space".

I pray everyone is doing well, bless you all!

Good morning everyone!  I hope you all had a very happy Christmas!  Christmas here was wonderful.  Aside from the gift giving, everyone got along and that is the best gift I could have been given!

Not too much new to report... although my daughter says I have to update.

Yesterday I replaced the vinyl floor in my bathroom.  I actually replaced it with vinyl tiles, the kind you peel off the paper back and stick them to the floor.  My other vinyl was 9 years old and really gnarly looking.  It looks great now, but I am sore today!

My hip has been really hurting again lately, I don't know if it's from the cold weather or what, but I've been in a lot of pain.

I go back and see my gynecologist on 1/26 to follow up after taking the hormone pills for 10 days to see if they helped my situation.

Prayers and blessings to all of you in Xanga-land!

Yesterday was my follow up appt. from the MRI.  So here's the run down:

I may need to have surgery after all.  I am going to try taking some hormone pills for a couple of months to see if they help the situation, and if not then I will have to have some type of surgery.  What that surgery is, I don't know at this point because there are two types of procedures that can be done for this problem.  One is an outpatient procedure that will allow me to keep my parts.... the other one is a hysterectomy.  So, it's a lot to think about and deal with right now.

I pray everyone is doing well.  We're getting ready for Christmas!  I just love this time of year.  Everyone is nicer and more loving to each other, as Christ would have us be... and I pray that it will last all year long.  Why do we do that?  Human nature needs to be changed!!  We need to be loving to each other all year long and reach out to those in need!  Not just at Christmas!  Please join me in praying for this:

Heavenly Father, I pray to you today that you will change my heart.  I know what your word says, and I ask you to guide me to follow your word and be a light and an example to others.  I pray that we can have this spirit of Christmas year round to love and have compassion for those in need.  I thank you for your love, blessings, and sacrifice that enable us to live in you and be a light for you.  I pray for those that are hurt, sick, or suffering; that you will use us to reach them in your name.  I pray for all those that call themselves Christians and who serve you will see what needs to be done and just do it.  Thank you wonderful Lord, we love you.  Amen

Merry Christmas to everyone!!!!
